found these on wow.com
What we do is mark a healer who stands still by the door the entire time. The ranged all run to him, regardless of who has the spore. Simplifies things.
Warlocks Drop your demonic circle for this fight. Either drop it at the spore gather point or where you'll be standing when you're spread out. This way you only need to run in or out, but never both. The instant 30 yrd jump will help keep your dps up and your rotation continuous. Also - use your shadow ward for pungent blight to help out your healers. Definitely use it if you missed a stack of inoculation.
Mages DPS hint for you mages out there: Don't bother running in to get inoculated for the first three spores. Just stay where you are and keep DPSing (unless you get the spore yourself and your raid leader wants you to run someplace else to clump up). Then, when Festergut does his big Pungent Blight attack, just Ice Block through it. When the attack is over, pop out and keep on DPSing! (This will only work through one cycle, obviously, but it's a nice DPS increase). Blink. Use it =)

Yep thats how I tried it. Eaiser to move to spore, because if you don't time the iceblock right you die. Dead mage = no DPS. But, blink yep that works, as long as your facing the right direction.

Tank tips for tanking slimes, for warriors.
Thunderclap - I kited the Big Slime around the outside circle, somtimes, running to the wall to get it to path out further from the center if needed, but ran bak towards middle to TC to gain aggro, everytime it was up.; Im glyphed for extra TC range and managed to do it (after a few attempts to get the range down) without getting hit, alos when they cast the "slime pool" ahead of them they pause for a sec, allowing a quick cast of shockwave and another TC b4 they move again.
2) Intercept - If the sliem gets to close, or your in a long walk threw the ooze, intercept off someone at the edge of the slime pool to get out of it quicker.
3) Charge small oozes - If someoen is out of positon with thier small ooze and your tryign to get over to it quicker popping a charge to close the distance.

Really helps if you have two Holy Priests rotating Guardian Spirit on the boss.
Calls upon a guardian spirit to watch over the friendly target. The spirit increases the healing received by the target by 40%, and also prevents the target from dying by sacrificing itself. This sacrifice terminates the effect but heals the target of 50% of their maximum health. Lasts 10 sec.
and the Glyph of Guardian Spirit really helps also
If your Guardian Spirit lasts its entire duration without being triggered, the cooldown is reset to 1 min.

I personally think this would be our best strat regarding the Slime Spray:
(would also make it easy to avoid the big explosions)
From Bosskillers: Once your raid is ready, the MT should run into the room and engage Rotface, with everyone else close behind. The entire raid should take up positions clumped in the middle of the room behind Rotface. Other than the OT moving out to kite adds, and players hit with Mutated Infection moving between the OT and the raid pile, this positioning stays stable for the whole fight. There will be slight adjustments needed to stay clear of the little slime pools from Sticky Ooze casts, and to react/regroup during Slime Spray and Unstable Ooze Explosion, but overall the raid just stays piled up.
Rotface will cast his first Slime Spray. The player being targeted for this ability needs to stand in place, while everyone else needs to immediately run through Rotface and pile up behind his back. Once the cast finishes and Rotface begins to channel, the player who was targeted can (and should) join the rest of the raid pile behind the boss, so that they only take a tick or two of the Slime Spray channeled damage. It is much better for this player to stand in place too long and take extra damage than to join the raid pile too early and get the whole raid blasted with Slime Spray, so use extra caution. Anyone in front of Rotface will need heavy healing until they get safely out of the Slime Spray zone.
After the Slime Spray channel finishes, Rotface will turn back to the tank, and the encounter can proceed with DPS adjusting to the new raid position. Every 20 seconds for the rest of the fight, he will begin to cast a new Slime Spray and the same motions will need to be repeated, with the targeted player standing still until Rotface locks position, and everyone else getting safely behind the boss so they don't get sprayed at all. Remember to watch for this at all times, even when your raid has to reposition because of Ooze Flood pools, Sticky Ooze pools, or because of an Unstable Ooze Explosion.
Or do this? Everyone behind one of Rotface's legs, the person who gets targeted for slime spray moves behind the other leg? Only having one person move would increase our dps?
