ret is sucking. tanks are getting their asses wupped. and holydins have trouble running out of mana.

I saw Shozin throw down 14k DPS last night on the TB boss. I am not sure why you say Ret is sucking.

Also, some of the most sucess I have had in 5 mans was with a pally healer.

okay then lemme rephrase the holy build. when i say that have trouble running out of mana, i mean literally, they have almost too MUCH mana and/or mana regen, ergo they keeppumping out the heals.

as for the ret comment, whenever i've pugged a ret pally, ive never seen one go above 7k dps. so mayhaps it was just my unfortunate experiences so far

If I can still throw in 2 cents:

If a pally tank is having issues, they are doing it wrong.

It's no longer about stacking stam.

With 2% hit and 10 Exp, I'm easily maintaining 30-50% threat lead on any raid boss. The balance of stam/mitigation and the ability to ignore hit/exp caps has made pally tanks rather OP. Base mitigation without raid buffs is 81.88 and healing output for a raid boss is between 500-700k.

So if a pally tank is dying easily, they are doing it wrong. Same for low dps ret. It's just completely different from Wrath.
